![]() The resident will be exposed to multiple pediatric populations within an interdisciplinary setting to allow them to become independent clinicians. ![]() The goal of the Rush University Medical Center (RUMC) Pediatric PGY2 Pharmacy Residency Program is to provide the resident with a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of age-related pharmacotherapy in the pediatric population. Rush University Medical Center has additional PGY2 programs focused in critical care, solid organ transplant, oncology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, and health system pharmacy administration & leadership. The Pediatric PGY2 Residency Program at Rush was established in 2019 and has one PGY2 pediatric resident. The Pediatric PGY2 Residency Program is an ASHP-accredited one year residency established to provide specialty training for residents interested in pediatrics.
